The unsettling first full length trailer for the upcoming Hulu series debuted on Thursday, and inevitably sparked a heated debate on the current political climate.
Based on the 1985 Margaret Atwood novel of the same name, it is set in the dystopian country of Gilead - formerly the United States - after the government was overthrown and replaced by a totalitarian theocracy.
